Easy drinking and approachable, the Iconic Blonde Ale is brewed with North Dakota grown 2-Row malted barley, a touch of Honey Malt, and the finest Pilsner Malt. This is accompanied by a small dose of American grown hops which produces a clean, light, well-balanced, thirst quenching beer. It’s tall, it’s blond, and I’ll take another.
The Rhombus Guys Brewing building was formerly a bar called the Uptown. To capture that kind of local atmosphere, we used two row malt grown in North Dakota and American Crystal sugar to keep this light lager crisp and refreshing. Clean and uncomplicated, this is the perfect drink for friends hanging out at their favorite bar.

We combined Simcoe, Azacca, and Centennial hops with crystal and a hint of chocolate malt to make a satisfying amber ale. A touch of citrus, plus notes of toffee and caramel equals a delicate balance between the hops and malt. The only illusion here is how quickly your glass will be empty.
Our big, rich, and smooth imperial stout aged nearly a year in bourbon barrels.
Peace Garden IPA is our unfiltered, dry IPA that is light on bitterness and heavy on flavor. Built around a light base of pilsner malt, the aroma of tropical fruits and citrus come through from the Mosaic and Sabro hops.
Our super wet and fresh hopped American IPA. We used a huge amount of wet and fresh Idaho 7 hops harvested at the peak of perfection from our friends at Crosby Hops; flown overnight and brewed within 24 hours of harvest. We kept the malt flavor on the back burner using a clean and light American Pilsner malt. The Idaho 7 hops were added in the whirlpool and then we dry hopped with a huge amount of Citra hops. A perfect pairing of citrus on the nose with peach and passionfruit flavoring following.
A California-style IPA with a huge load of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops… YEAH DOGGIE!
This sour ale will bring to the tropics. Flavors of mango, guava, and passion fruit abound. Get ready for a tidal wave of fruit because we added a shop ton.
A kettle soured blonde ale, aged on Rhubarb and strawberries giving it a slight fruity tartness.
